Keith Richardson

Director of Business & Career Development

Keith loves seeing people walk in their God-ordained purpose. A former Marine Corp Sargeant he earned a degree in Electronic Engineering. He worked as a design tech, Senior Technology Specialist, and ultimately as a Service Manager responsible for hiring, evaluations and customer service. He was involved in national, regional and local projects for a global company. He currently serves as an Associate Pastor and has many years involved in counseling, inner healing and leading men. As a husband and father of two, he has experienced the faithfulness of the Lord in every area of life, including his finances.

Robyn Sturgeon

Curriculum & Development

With over 25 years experience as an educator and district math specialist, Robyn is a former District Teacher of the Year, National Board Certified Teacher, and recipient of the “Unsung Heroes in Education” award. She has been featured in Teacher Magazine as well as the book, “Teachers: A Tribute to the Enlightened, the Exceptional, the Extraordinary.”

Robyn has presented teaching and learning strategies at regional and national conferences across America and Canada. Robyn, a wife and mother of two, founded Fuel 21 Ministries to help bring hope, healing, and restoration to youth and families that have had adverse experiences and currently works with inner city youth and young adults as an educator and mentor.
